In Chicago Motor Show some lucky visitors will be able to see two great and extraordinary cars from SRT division – Dodge Challenger SRT8 and Chrysler 300 SRT8 Core Editions.

Special versions have black brake calipers; unique badge signs and 20-inch cast aluminum wheels. In the interiors of the cars manufacturer used carbon fiber and fabric «Ballistic» in order to make the car more expensive, exclusive and also to give them a little more elegance. Under the hood of both creations was set the SRT 6.4-liter HEMI V8, which develops 470 hp (351 kW) and 637 Nm of torque. It allows Dodge Challenger SRT8 to accelerate from 0 to 96 km / h in the 4-second range and has a maximum speed of 293 km / h.

Chrysler 300 SRT8 accelerates to 96 km / h in the same time frame, but its top speed is 282 km / h. New Dodge Challenger SRT8 Core Edition will be priced at $ 38,995, while the cost for Chrysler 300 Core Edition is $ 43,995. SRT also introduced a 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8 Super Bee, which received a glossy black grille, logos “392 HEMI» and Super Bee color-work. This version will cost 41,995 dollars.
